Julie is O’Keefe & Partners’ Managing
Partner and is a specialist in integrated campaign development
and creative problem solving. For over 15 years she has increased
the revenue, market leadership and profile of organisations
through the identification of strategic directions and the
engineering of integrated development programs.
Julie heads up a team of 25 professionals, who excel and specialise
in delivering sponsorship, PR, training, management and development
solutions. Julie is at the frontline of delivering this commitment,
which she considers both a privilege and an enormous challenge.

Reegan joined O’Keefe & Partners
after Graduating from Monash University with a double degree
in Business/Marketing and Communications/Public Relations.
Throughout her studies Reegan proved her versatility and
dedication by building on her scholastic knowledge with
multiple part time positions. She has gained valuable experience
amidst a variety of Public Relation and Fundraising roles,
including four years in sports sponsorship and marketing,
predominately with the Melbourne Football Club, and more
recently in the media relations for the Rugby World Cup.
She
has also worked across the health and welfare sector extensively.

Ellana’s marketing skills cross many levels. Her experience ranges from data analysis to end-to-end product management and everything in between. Ellana has managed and run major research and marketing campaigns from the tendering process through to post-analysis.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) degree and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) degree from Monash University (Caulfield campus). She has also completed courses in direct marketing, leadership and management.
Prior to joining O'Keefe & Partners, Ellana worked primarily
in the corporate sector in product and brand management, responsible
for product performance and marketing accountability. She managed
budgets in excess of $100 million.

Zirka brings
over 25 years experience to O'Keefe & Partners.
Her many accomplishments to date can be attributed
to her extensive knowledge of the charitable sector
and her exceptional organizational and leadership
skills.
Zirka specialises in delivering comprehensive fundraising
strategies
– incorporating capital campaigns, PR and project
management - to the health, welfare and aged care
sector. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of
Arts Degree from La Trobe University and a Master
of Health Administration from the University of New
South Wales.
